Finish Prototype: Continue refining prototypes to use for testing purposes
Establish Patent Portfolio: Provisional patent has been filed through Applied Innovation at the University of California, Irvine
Prototype Testing: Validate and verify the function of proteins and the flow rate of the device
Refine Device Design: Improve design based on feedback from prototype testing
Begin Preclinical Trials: Conduct animal studies using blood collected from stroke-induced mice
Publish Preclinical Trials: Publish results from animal studies before submitting FDA application

Submit FDA Application: File and submit application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in order to obtain approval for clinical trials
Begin Clinical Trials: Collaborate with stroke centers and emergency medical services to conduct human clinical trials using RHISE
Publish Clinical Trials: Publish results from clinical trials before proceeding to commercialization
Commercialization: Market and commercialize product for U.S. product release
